The Finn-Power FP165 is a high-capacity production crimper engineered for large-diameter hydraulic and industrial hoses. Built with robust steel construction and a powerful hydraulic system, the FP165 achieves a maximum crimping force of 5,000 kN, making it suitable for hydraulic hoses up to 6 inches internal diameter and industrial hoses up to approximately 7.95 inches. The large 345 mm maximum opening and +125 mm die travel allow easy loading of large-diameter fittings, improving operator efficiency and workflow.
At the heart of the machine is the ICC touchscreen control system, featuring intuitive operation modes for both pressure crimping (ICC1) and step crimping (ICC2). This gives precise control over every crimp, ensuring accuracy and repeatability while reducing downtime between operations.
